In my coaching model, as a man, your performance is a key indicator of how well your life is going.
Of course, there are various areas of life where your performance matters, however you choose to categorize things.
In some ways, everything eventually comes down to your performance.
Results matter.
Are other things important? Certainly.
But we can’t ever escape the importance of performing well.
Nor should we.
What ARE the Essential Categories of Performance?
You tell me! What are YOUR essential categories?
There’s a very long list of things we want to pay attention to: health, finances, relationships, work/career. And there are numerous SUB-categories under each of these.
And then there may be hobbies we’re serious about, that we seek improvement in. Perhaps they’re not essential to life, but they’re important: you want to be a better guitar player, or gardener, or golfer.
But for THIS time in your life, right now, there are some categories that you probably need to really be paying attention to, and make sure you’re hitting your “KPIs.”
You get to choose.
Let's Talk
I have a format to help you take a pause and evaluate your performance.
It’s a one-hour conversation with me.
Obviously that’s not enough time to do a deep dive into your life, or even into one single area of your life.
But it is definitely enough time to have a great conversation about some of these things.
And by the way, there’s no charge.
A one hour convo, all meat, no fluff. With someone who does this for a living.
Benefits
What can you expect to get out of this free, one-hour conversation?
For the categories we discuss, you will gain clarity on:
what are your key performance areas
what your current level of performance is
what your aspirational level of performance is
what that specifically, concretely looks like
an initial game plan to begin getting there
if we have time, what your possible barriers might be
