Introductory Consults

It’s helpful to talk to a coach to get a feel for their style of working, before you make any decisions about hiring them.

I have 3 opportunities for you to work with me in an introductory fashion.

These are REAL coaching conversations, not some veiled sales pitches.

You’ll get the exact same value as if this were a $500 consult (which it’s not).

One hour long.

You and I, completely focused on the topic at hand.

A lot can happen in one hour of laser-focused conversation.

See below for my options.

Option 1: Checkpoint

Aimlessly Wandering? Lost? Using An Outdated “Map?”

Sometimes we need to zoom out and take that 10,000 foot view of our lives, in order to clearly see the big picture.

And then to thoughtfully consider and evaluate:

  • where are we on “the map?” (where are we IN LIFE?)
  • how much progress have we made?
  • are we headed in the right direction?
  • do we need to make any adjustments?
  • are all our important “parts” in alignment? (core values, priorities, purpose, vision, goals, strengths, etc)

And so forth.

Plus, it’s very helpful to have an objective “convo partner” to do this with, someone who’s not emotionally entangled in your situation.

And, someone who’ll ask you questions you may not ask yourself.

This is what I do for a living.

All for the purpose of either getting confirmation you’re moving in the right direction, OR getting some valuable ideas that you make adjustments with and create a new action plan.

Option 2: Energy Audit

Tired? Exhausted? Burnt Out?

Your energy is your most valuable asset.

Too many men are completely burnt out, or well on their way.

Without sufficient energy, nothing works.

Let me say that again…

Without sufficient energy, NOTHING WORKS.

There are a lot of men who are like that high-performance race car, collecting dust in the garage because they have no fuel.

It IS possible to super-charge your energy.

It’s important to have a way to effectively manage your energy, which at the very least means knowing:

  • where your energy goes
  • where you’re wasting energy
  • why you’re so tired
  • what’s causing your burnout
  • how to recover and replenish your energy
  • how to develop structures that lead to constant renewable, vibrant energy.

As I said above, having someone who is very familiar with this terrain as your “conversation partner” can set you on a path to making crucial corrections.

We all want to be our best

We fear mediocrity–being “the best of the worst and the worst of the best.”

Of course, life is made up of many areas: personal, professional, relational–and each of THESE breaks down into OTHER categories.

Let’s keep it SIMPLE: how well are you performing in those high priority, high value categories of life?

You get to decide what these categories are for YOU.

In many areas, we’re on auto-pilot, not giving much thought to how we’re doing.

There are other areas, though, where we NEED to pay attention.

Maybe even level-up.

I have a process that will help you get clarity on how you’re doing in those high-priority areas of your life.
